Refund & Exchange Policy

Overview

At TeeTrends, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that all products are non-returnable. 

We only offer exchanges, and only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • There is a size issue

If your order meets either of the above criteria, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and proof of purchase.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product has signs of wear or misuse.


Important Notes

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect order placement

  • Exchanges will be processed only after inspection of returned item

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back for exchange

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
